The ICS team responded quickly to my request for a quote. Sent a team to make sure nothing was missed, and even reached out to the designer to ensure nothing was missed. The quote was fair and they stayed very close to that. All work was well done and completed in a timely manner. Any issues I found were quickly resolved by the ICS team. I would recommend them and use them again if I need some remodel work done.
ICS replaced my fence along with the fences of both my neighbors. Overall I would say they did a good job. The quality of the end product was quite high. The fence was well built and made of good materials. There were a few issues with them following instructions about which side of the fence should face my property. They did correct the issue but it took some convincing and there was a bit of back and forth before it was finally done the right way. They also damaged some of my sprinklers but they did fix them (again it required a bit more convincing than I would have liked). Minus 1 star for communication issues. That kind of thing happens with a lot of contractors so in that regard ICS is about on par with most. Where they stood out to me was the quality of the work. I would consider using them again in the future.

ICS performed repairs to my home following a hail storm that left my house in bad shape. Jonathon and the crew are fantastic, they do quality work and don’t waste time. I had the roof replaced, siding on one side of the house, my damaged windows replaced, fascia, gutters, paint, trim, and a couple exterior doors. A year later, I had them back out to replace the remaining windows on my house. Highly recommend this company for home repairs, they were very respectful of my home and property, forthcoming about the repairs and costs, and did excellent work.
ICS did a great job with our remodel. We gutted the kitchen, master bathroom, and guest bathroom. My wife and I were very inexperienced and needed a lot of guidance. What I appreciate the most is they were able to help bring our vision to life with helpful suggestions and tips. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Austin area, needing renovations to their home.
